Refund Policy – inGrade
At InGrade Learning Pvt. Ltd., we are confident that you will love ourcourses if you fully engage with them. As a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction, we are introducing a limited-time refund policy for our Data Science Executive course.
General Non-Refundable Policy
As a general rule, the course fee paid to InGrade Learning Pvt. Ltd. is non-refundable. However, recognizing that new online learners may have reservations about the value of such programs, we are offering a money-back guarantee under specific conditions, as outlined below.
Money-Back Guarantee Conditions
If you enroll in one of the aforementioned courses and do not find value after 10 days of active participation, you can request a refund between the 10th and 15th days from the official start date of the course. The refund will exclude any processing fees, subvention charges, and other costs incurred by InGrade Learning Pvt. Ltd., provided the following conditions are met:
- Attendance: You must attend all live online classes in their entirety during the first 10 days. Partial attendance or watching recorded sessions does not qualify.
- Assignments: All assignments issued within the first 10 days must be submitted on time and according to the submission requirements. Assignments given within the 10-day period but due later must also be submitted.
The intention behind these conditions is to ensure that only those who fully engage with the course can claim a refund. If you participate fully and do not find the course beneficial, we will honor a refund request made within the specified period.
Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] between the 10th and 15th days from the official start date of your course.
- No requests will be entertained before the 10th day or after the 15th day.
- Refund requests will only be considered if you have attended all classes and submitted all assignments as specified.
- Refunds may take up to 60 days to process, although we aim to complete them within 14 days of a valid request.
Additional Terms
- You must return any hard copy materials received from InGrade Learning Pvt. Ltd. in good condition via registered post to qualify for a refund.
- InGrade Learning Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse future course enrollments to individuals who have received a refund.
- If you have outstanding dues or EMIs with financial institutions or finance partners, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
Clarifications
- Attendance Logging: Ensure you attend classes in live mode and log in with your full name. Incognito or incorrect names will not be recognized for attendance purposes
- Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent you from fulfilling policy conditions, contact [email protected] with relevant evidence. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
- Booking Fees: Booking fees are non-refundable unless you complete enrollment and request a refund in compliance with the policy.
- 10-Day Period: The 10-day period for attendance and assignments starts from the first concept session of your batch, not from the onboarding sessions.
- Premature Requests: Refund requests submitted before the 10th day will not be considered. Full participation for 10 days is mandatory.
We are confident that our courses, when fully utilized, will provide immense value. If you diligently follow the course for 10 days and still do not see the benefit, we will be happy to refund your money as per our policy. Clarifications to Refund Policy
How will my attendance be logged on the InGrade Learning system for the purpose of the refund policy?
Please note that it is mandatory to attend the classes in live mode only to be eligible to claim a refund. Ensure you log in using your first and last name so we can accurately record your attendance. If you attend a class under an incognito or incorrect name, we will not be able to log your attendance.
What should I do if I am facing technical issues?
If technical issues prevent you from fulfilling a particular condition for the refund policy, we may create an exception if you can prove that you raised a complaint to [email protected] with relevant screenshots and timestamps of the error.
I paid booking fees but have changed my mind now and want a refund.
Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if you complete enrollment by paying the full fees and then raise a request in compliance with the refund policy.
When is the 10-day period for attendance and submission of assignments counted from?
The 10-day period for attending classes starts from the date of the first concept session of your batch. Attendance is mandatory for onboarding sessions and feedback sessions.
All assignments allocated within the first 10 days must be submitted on time, even if their due date falls after the 10-day period. For example, if an assignment is given on the 8th day and due on the 12th day, it must still be submitted.
I have attended one or two classes and don’t find the course suitable for me. I want to raise a refund request right away.
Premature refund requests will not be entertained. You must continue to participate in the course and comply with all the requirements of the policy. All refund requests must be raised within the time period of the 10th to 15th day.
